My entire life i have been hearing from everyone else that i need to change, that i'm unhealthy, or that i need to lose weight. & all i could do is wonder why people were so concerned about a life that's not their own. Maybe they care about me, i don't know. But, what i do know is, the only one who can make you change is "you". & i finally think i am ready to make the change. Not for a boy, not for my friends, family, or anyone else. I've struggled over the past few months. I lost my mother. & this all effected me physically and emotionally. But, i'm tired of feeling sorry for myself and helpless. I know i can change. So i am doing this for ME, because "I" want to. So i will be posting videos and pictures of myself over the next few months. My goal is to lose 50 pounds. Follow me and join me on my journey to a healthier me. (:
